2009 Shared Cost Sidewalk Program

The Shared Cost Sidewalk program reopened to participants on Jan. 1st 2009. Last year the program reached capacity and CDOT was no longer able to accept new applicants.

For the 2009 program, applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Applications will only be accepted via the 311 system. Paper applications will no longer be used in this program, to ensure first-come, first served processing.

As in previous years, we expect that demand will exceed the program's capacity.
