Summer Parent University Series

The Toyota/Black Star Parent University is one of the largest and most successful parent universities in the country. We teach parents how to be better parents and we help them acquire the skills to be effective parents. We show parents how to take control and manage their children's educational and social developmental lives. At the Black Star Project, we know that better parents create better communities, better schools and better students. Please join us for the 2007 Summer Parent University Series. This summer, we are providing classes for parents as we prepare to take our children back to school. Please see the schedule below. Parents are also invited to bring their children along for a story-hour during the parent sessions. These are open to the public.

Please call 773-285-9600 to RSVP so we can prepare enough materials.
All sessions will be held at our office, 3509 S. King Drive, Suite 2B, Chicago, IL.
Additionally, we are asking for, but not requiring, a $5 to $10 suggested donation.
